      Books on Astral Projection?

I have been reading up on Lucid Dreaming for quite a while and I'm pretty interested with this whole astral projection thing. I was wondering if anyone knew any good books on Astral Projection?

Two of the foremost authors on Astral Projection/OOBEs are:

William Buhlman = "Adventures Beyond the Body.. How to Experience Out-Of-Body Travel" http://www.amazon.com/Adventures-Bey...5307437&sr=8-1

      and

Robert Bruce = "Astral Dynamics - A New Approach to Out-Of-Body Experience" http://www.amazon.com/Astral-Dynamic...5307491&sr=1-1

Both of these books contain great information.

I have Astral Dynamics, and it's pretty good. Recommended.
Willing to talk about/listen to anything you have to say.

I do know of two books for which I currently own....

Out of Body Experiences: How to have them, and what to expect, This book tells of one man's OBE's and AP's throughout his entire life and the excercises that he uses. This is of his own account and he states that he doesn't expect every one of the excercises to work for just about anyone.

Mastering Astral Projection, This is a book of commitment. You seriously have to be committed to this 90 day regiemen and stick to the plan. They explain by going further without doing any of the excercises or any of the homework listed in previous chapter could really screw you up once you get back into your body.

Both are great sources of material and I HIGHLY recommend both.

Has anyone read Thomas Campbell's My Big TOE?

I love all those Monroe guys, but this one looks pretty daunting.

I think I saw those videos. Were they an interview? I find all the Monroe Institute's early history fascinating. I'm wondering how much of these books are dedicated to interesting anecdotes/ history, and how much is just BS speculating about the universe.

We could never know, not even by personal experience. Yeah it was an interview if I remember correctly and a story about shared exploration. Those guys are trained to talk while they are in different focus levels. Quite like gamers on teamspeak. Pretty fascinating.
