Would like personal help in developing auric sight

If anybody can see auraus(especially someone who has practiced and developed the ability) or knows how to develop the ability would they please pm me or post here. The exercises I printed online don't seem very in depth some any personal insight would be greatly appreciated.

i can see auras all the time i think. i can look at my skin and just see a purple haze on it i look at my hand as if it's 2 dimentional just look for a very light haze on the top. once you know what its supost to look like its easier to notice it. don't just stare at one little place. also don't focus on your hand focus on the background but look at your hand. sorry if it dosent work but thats how i see them. Also it works better if your tired.

I see auras, though not the entire auric body system. Here is one technique some of my friends have found effective. Try for instance looking at a person's forehead. You should see the aura out of your peripheral vision when first beginning. You may not see colors right away, but instead a faint yellowish-gold glow. That's just one technique. Another is having a person stand in front of something black, but that one never did anything for me when I first began trying to see auras some years ago. I think the best way to open up to any psi abilities (including seeing auras) is to really work on clearing out your seven major chakra centers. Once you do that all psi abilities begin to open naturally. That is the way I began seeing auras as well as becoming proficient at other psi abilities. Too many people put an emphasis on psi abilities merely for reasons of the ego. Such as being able to manipulate circumstances for self gain, to show off, or as a means of making money. It is your intent of such studies and practices that guides your overall development. Sure some people are born in touch with certain abilities more than others, but to integrate all abilities in the correct way (naturally and not forced) you should work on maintaining several other facets of your overall health. Keeping your chakras clean, keeping all layers of the aura clear, keeping your physical body healthy, and maintaining a good or positive intent, etc.... Just something to think about.

I cannot see auras, but if you'd like to see what it might look like, you should check out Kirlian Photography. Sometimes auras can be absored, for example: A person with a very negative aura can affect a person with good aura causing them to have some negative feelings or vise versa. You know how people say friends rub off on each other? That's just my view on it.
