      couple AP questions

      Why, would someone like to speculate, does there appear to be so many negative beings out there? The first time I did an astral projection in a lucid dream I ran into so many spooky characters. I saw them in forms I figured were probably my own interpretations because I sensed they were like, in disguise as familiar images like a dog with human eyes, someone under a sheet that looked like a ghost costume,... They were "spooky" to me bc they gave me bad vibes like some people do. Others I encountered didn't give me the same feeling, they were either neutral or friendly. The scary ones wanted contact, whereas the others were just kind of there. It just seems that people talk about malicious spirits being all over the place when you leave your body and i've seen the same thing.
      Also, when i feel an OBE coming on, i can usually feel other presences there like most people say, but i've never experienced pleasant presences there. they always seem to be negative ones that are trying to draw me out against my will. only once have i awoken to be suspended above my body with my vision in tact and felt like i was alone. what's up? i'd like to practice OBE-ing, but so far it hasn't been good so i'm very apprehensive.

      I do not really know why this is really, though I have similar experiences.

      However, I did encounter positive things there, very nice experiences/encounters.

      So they are out there(the good encounters), it is certainly not all bad. It is also a matter of dealing with these bad encounters, though I can not really give you a tutorial on how to do so, as I believe there is not really one right way to do it.

      And I dont really think all of the bad encounters are simple products of the mind. Many times I've projected when my mind was absolutely at peace with itself, I was feeling happy and radiating positive thoughts..but still. Though a positive way of dealing with them is certainly better then being afraid or hostile, because some of the bad encounters out there are not really hostile I think, the simply do not look that nice.(to you)

      I have experienced many, many OBEs in the past 26 years and I have not once encountered anything that I perceived as "evil". Good and evil depends upon your interpretation. I lack fear when I OBE so I do not perceive either positive or negative.

      i never said anything about "evil". that was hermistrangleopogus. i said i've met with presences who are spooky or whom i get bad vibes from just like people. don't you ever get bad vibes off some people? i believe assholes exist in other dimensions just like they do here. maybe they're on the forefront of my obe's because they sense fear.
