help with psi and a connection to lucid dreaming

first of all: a quote from the sticky in this forum:

This forum is for those people who believe in that stuff to discuss it peacefully and without condemnation. Remember that.

okay. for a while i have been practising psychokinesis and telekenesis for a while. i have also recently made a breakthrough on how easily i can see auras. my question is: how can i improve the clarity with which i see psi energy? i can create psi balls and do other TK excersises but although i see the effects of the excercises i cannont see the energy acting upon them. example: i can move extremely light objects but i can not see the energy moving them. how can i improve my vision?

PS: could i try something in lucid dreaming to help unlock my potential in psychokinesis like practice or manifesting my will in the dream or something?

      help extremely appreciated!
I need my sleep. I need about eight hours a day, and about ten at night.

Practising it in the dream would help send messages to your subconscious mind that you wish to practice them and improve them, therefore yes it will help you.

As for seeing energy...hummm read this thread:

you could also try seeing energy using peripheral vision which is how auras are seen.

      Anytime.
By the way, this website SUCKS with their beyond dreaming section because half the people who post here think most of the stuff isn't "scientific" enough for them...it seems like nothing ever is. As some advice I would like to give, it is better to post on psionic forums about psionics instead of lucid dreaming forums. Most psions have expirienced lucid dreaming to a certain extent and know more about it's affects with psi.

      Some forums I would recommend:
      http://www.psionicsonline.net/
      http://www.alittleweird.com
      http://vsociety.net/
