      Question how do you use astral projection?

      heyy guys

      im interested in astral projection. ive tried to do it before, but im not even sure how its supposed to work or anything.

      can somebody tell me how you do it and if theres any dangers (like not getting back to your body?)

      I have heard of all kinds of cases, ranging from not being able to return to your physical body, to not being able to leave it at all.

      There is no known way to astral project, I consider it a rather personal thing. Find a way that works for you, work with it, try and exit your dream and body, turning a lucid dream into a projection. Search your own mind, when you find the answer there, you'll work it out from there. Good luck.
