      beings in the astral realm

i was just wondering if yall could just talk a little bit about the beings yall met in the astral realm agreeable beings and disagreeble beings good or bad it doesnt matter im just curious be for i start astral traviling
It is a reality that even the closest people, husband and wife, will dream different dreams. That means, people are never alike in their minds. The connotation is that you got to be wary of even the people you trust the most

There have only been a few times when I suspected I was in the astral realm instead of just having a lucid dream. On these few occasions, the people I met have been quite polite.
One time, I met a small child about 5 years old, at least that was his physical appearance. I suspect he was eons old though.

On another time, I met a young woman, she reminded me a lot of Alaurast78. Although her appearance was of someone in her middle 20's, I suspect she was also ancient.

I know at other people though that regularly travel in the astral and they have had some unpleasant experiences.

I'd just go ahead and keep an eye on things. If it starts to get a little out of hand, you just need to remember that you can force yourself to return to this realm if you need to.

What is this astral realm, and why do you believe in it Seeker? Surely it's a figment of our imaginations?

Well, you can neither prove nor disprove that is exists, hence the reason I included the disclaimer about 'suspecting'.

I guess I am neutral on this point. I like to believe there is more out there than can be directly percieved by human senses, even though science discounts its existance.
