      Hallucinations & Vibrations!!!

I've had SP for a few years now and to be honest I feel that it is getting worse (or more intense), I've had lots of SP/FA's, 2 OBE's and a handful of LD's one of which was extremely amazing and vivid!!

My SP's are usually noises/voices, a sense of being touched and fear of a presence in the room.

Recently on the other hand I've been awaking abruptly without SP to hypnagogic hallucinations, I awoke last week to the most horrifying thing I've ever imagined!

I opened my eyes and I'm positive I put the bed side light on and what I saw caused me to scream and run out of my room (and I’m a 23 yr old male lol)

I saw a child standing by my computer chair looking and walking towards me with it's arms open wide as if it wanted a hug!! this freaked me out more than anything I've ever experienced.

Then a few nights after i woke up and seen a face fade into the wall, this wasn't as intense but still got my heart racing!

Then last night I had intense vibrations, I have heard of these vibrations before and are supposedly part of SP but I have never had them myself.

I was sleeping downstairs on the double sofa bed because my girlfriend was staying over, I remember laying on my back looking at the window which had light shining through from the street lights.. I began having intense vibrations and noises (SP included).. my interpretation was that I was on an aeroplane that was about to crash and as it landed and rolled along the bumpy field the bed shook and i could hear the wheels rattling..I remember being pretty convinced I was on a plane and thought I was going to die!

Is it possible for this sleeping disorder to get progress?? because it's really starting to give me restless nights, I used to look forward to a good night but now I lay their worried about what to expect!!

Keep your mind active and tune into the stereogram.

that sounds pretty unpleasant. But you know....just your fear of something bad happening while asleep...could induce the happenings easier. Have you tried to "decide" in your mind before you go to sleep, that you want a peaceful nights sleep ? Not even think about what you DON'T want to have happen but focus only on what you DO want to have happen. Maybe try to imagine a peaceful spot that gives you a feeling of contentment and try to fall asleep with that image in your mind. Could be you are resting on a little white fluffy cloud or perhaps laying in a small boat that floats down a calm stream while rocking you gently as you look up to the sky and smell the scent of sweet wild flowers growing on the shore. something like that....whatever works for you

I had a dream kinda like yours ones though less scary (I was scared shitless at the time though) I was asleep in my bedroom when I woke up and heard the sound of heavy breathing next to me, behind my back. I closed my eyes again thinking it must be my boyfriend who had come drunk from town (he had a key) and decided to creash at my place. But then right before I drifted back to sleep I suddenly remembered that my boyfriend was out of town so it couldn't be him. Then I was wide awake. Just laying there, too scared to move, listening to the heavy breathing behind me. I think I layed there for 10 minutes trying to decide what to do. obviously it had to be some stranger who somehow had found his way into my locked apartment while I was asleep. when I finally found the guts to roll over slowly to have a look, the bed is emty and the breathing sounds stop instantly. I turn on the light on my night stand which reveals what I already knew, I was cpmpletely alone in the room. I was freaked out enough though to sleep in the couch for about one week after that. luckily I never had such a scary experience again.
