I have been trying to see auras for awhile and yesterday in the morning after I took a shower I noticed some white whisps growing around my head that moved in and out of focus. I often see brown light around my head but when I examine it it looks like my the reflection of my hair. The light bounces off and creates my hair above my head. I just want to know whether the white whisps are possible deception or if it's real. |

When you get out of the shower and you like me have regular light in your bathroom this might cause some strange visions when it shines into your eyes especially when he vision is abit clouded because of the steam and mirror being blurred. I always see white circles of light around my eyes and sometimes beams coming from them aswell, its because of the light(most likely lol) Im not sure if this the case with you aswell.., you can only tell yourself by trying to block of the light with your hands, especially in front of your eyes, and the light coming down on your hairs aswell in this case of course. |

Being able to see the faint glow of auras myself I understand what you are describing. But you definitely have to take into consideration the lighting as well. Try looking at yourself in different parts of your home. Also experiment with looking at objects. It's really not that hard once you get the hang of it. They often appear in your peripheral vision at first so you may be like "Did I just see that or not?", but by a slight refocusing of the eyes if you are able to see them you will. But I would experiment in the least amount of light as possible, and in several different environments. Only then will you know with any certainty. |

I would but I'm worried that I can't see them consistently enough to know for sure. I only see these faint "lights' every once and awhile. but it does happen in different settings.; |

Well that's a good start! Just try to become aware of how you're eyes are focused when you do see them. What are you doing or thinking about? It's like anything, practice makes perfect. A faint halo or glow is the first part of "seeing" them. But remember too some people are better at "sensing" auras instead of visually seeing them. There are lots of ways to achieve the same results. You just have to figure out where you are the strongest. Do you "see", "hear", "feel", or simply "know" things? One or two of the senses is usually stronger than the others. I would practice with more than one sense to see where your personal niche is. Like myself, I see faint auras. I can "feel" people's auras much more effectively. Some people actually hear other people's vibrations. Just keep trying and don't push yourself. Just let go. It's just for fun right?? Stick with that mentallity and don't take yourself too seriously. You'll see great results staying light and positive about it. |
