      Dream Precognition

So I was reading on this site (http://psychic-abilities.suite101.co...gnitive_dreams) about dream precognitions, understanding it and such. There seem to be lots of people this generally happens to, I actually had no idea. Question to anyone who understands anything about dream precognition.

I was wondering if there are any signs you can get in real life that would indicate you are capable of dream cognition? Sometimes in real life, for reasons i cannot explain, sometimes im completely struck with the thought that I remember exactly whats about to happen next. I feels like ive dreamt the exact moment im at when it happens, and I know exactly whats going to happen because ive dreamt it. And everytime something hapopens I will think "oh yeah I remember dreaming that" and i feel as though everytime something else happens i dreamt the entire thing. It almost feels like Ive been and done exactly what im doing at that moment, and as time goes on, and more things happen, I am completely 100% convinced that I knew in my mind it was going to happen. I cant predict whats coming, I cant think ahead, but when your around a bunch of people, and as things happen everything I look at I knew it was going to happen. And this lasts for maybe 5 minutes at most, or until I go outside or something. Its very difficult to explain.

Is this a sign of dream cognition abilities?

The mind is a tricky thing to deal with, that's one reason why many people keep dream journals. I'd suggest starting one if you're serious about getting the answer to this. I don't think it's possible to determine whether this experience was precog or just your mind reacting to physical internal or external influences.

But it sounds like you're more interested in knowing whether or not you have precog. To find that out with any bit of certainty start a journal of dreams(night and day). If you find that any of these dreams come to be... chances are you've got precog. And if you get to the point where you can tell the difference between a precog dream and others, then you have a very powerful tool.

I'm only familiar with dream precog... so for the rest of it hopefully someone else can step up.

      Break a leg!
