      I'm Back!

Hey guys, I am back. Some of you may remember me of the guy who had 5 to 6 lucid dreams a week. Well, I havent had too many anymore. Life has changed for me a bit, so I havent been keeping a journal so My recall is shot. I have just the rare lucid dream. Dream signs dont even stick out for me anymore, I just find myself going with it, instead of controlling it. I miss it a lot. When I do have them, it always seems the same old thing. You think since I was such a good lucid dreamer in the past, with some practive I can easily snap back into my prime? I can dig out the old journal and continue.

I want to practice OBE's, anyone know alot about that? How do I go about successfully acheviing that? Dont you need to be in SP first? Maybe I read wrong..but is it possible to be in a lucid dream and then convert to a OBE? or is being in a lucid dream and OBE two opposite directions? I have had I think about 3 SP expierences before. My last one was werid...i was on my stumic, but awake....coldnt move...and i was deaf....all i remeber was hitting my ears and not hearing anything...which means it wasnt SP because i was hitting my ears...but atifrst i couldnt move i felt heavy....the ones before that, i was on my back and frozen...i still have yet to see the shadowman and old lady yet...that would freak me out....I just want to have atleast one OBE, soon. I would really love to see myself from 3rd person...would be cool. IF ANY tips on OBE...PLEASEE let me know...as i am sure i can acomplish it easily if I picked up on lucid dreaming very easily...thanks.

Hey LP11725, welcome back! As far as having your first OBE is concerned, what good is having one only to awaken and realize you can't recall what it was about? I suggest working on your recall first. Do you have a dream journal? If so, are you consistent with writing down even the tiniest fragments of details you may recall from the night before?

I agree, start using your DJ again. You can be back in your "prime" again in no time if you put the same effort in it as you did before. About OBE's, search this part of the forum, there are (were) many discussions going on about it.
