Dreaming and Waking coincidence, or clairavoyance?

The other day if you remember there was a Tsunami in Fiji or Guam.
The funny thing was that the night before I had a dream I was at a tropical beach swimming in the water with others when a tsunami came and we had to brace ourselves for the waves crashing into us and dodge all the flotsam and jetsam like crushed boats, telephone poles and dead bodies. Upon waking I didn't remember the dream until I was listening to the news (Democracy Now) when they told about it and the whole dream came back to me.
Now, I don't know if I had the dream before, during or after the event happened but I had the dream before I knew about the event. Is this a paranormal case here or what?

      Who can say?

It's natural for people to want to find importance in things and make connections to validate their experiences. If I had a dream about a tsunami, and then one occurred a few days later...I'd entertain the thought that it could have been some sort of prophetic dream, yet remain skeptical. Tsunamis are rather common in dreams for a lot of people, so it's entirely plausible that it was just a coincidence. Perhaps even, the tsunami in your dream has nothing to do with an actual enormous wave...but is an analogy for something that you are presently experiencing in your life?

So really, no one can provide you with any information or advice that is greater than your own knowledge from the experience. You have to look inside yourself and think hard about your dream and what it meant to you. If you want to believe that it was a prophetic dream, and you somehow knew that this was going to happen...then believe it. If you aren't sure, or prefer to think of it as a mere coincidence...believe that. It's your decision, no one else can tell you if your dream is paranormal or not.

I hate when that happens. It makes me feel either crazy or guilty, or both.
