minor hallucinations and over pattern recognition ish... ing

Lately I find myself seeing or not really seeing, minor hallucinations. Just small things lately that I sense and then realize never really happened or isn't real. Here's a list to start

Walking to a resturant, hallucinated our trunk was open so I went to go shut it, then after a second look, it was closed.

Hallucinating a spark under my dads foot as he was walking in the dark

Hallucinating my dad walked outside to the car so I left to meet him but then he wasn't in the car and hadn't even gone outside. (trust me)

Thought I saw a person in the brush of the woods where I was meditating, it was just a bag.

There have been others that I don't really remember as well because I lost track of all the small ones.

anyways I just feel like my brain is like taking patterns that it sees and then overassuming that somethign real has happened. Like you see something metal inbetween the pages of a book that looks like a quarter. So you just assume that all of it (even the part you can't see) is a quarter. There not like things that I see completely just things that I think I saw a flash of or something and then go on that... alright

The spark underneath your dads foot could just be static electricity. And also your brain fill in areas of your vision that may be obscure with what it think "should" be there. That's what a lot of optical illusions are based on.

I went through the same thing when I became obsessed with psycadelics, and became convinced i was schizophrenic, while the brain wave scanner said my brain waves were fine.

So i just accepted it as part of life and moved on.

don't worry, it's not deadly, and unless you start hearing voices and seeing very convincing hallucinations (like you talk to them) I would say it's fine.

also, sleep deprivation cause psychotic symptoms, so if your doing the WILD method and not gettnig enough sleep, put it off for a couple days so you don't lose your mind.

Sleep induced schizophrenia is horrible stuf.

I once got up before I fell asleep, hearing music as if I had headphones on, convinced My dog was lost and I had to find it.

I don't have a dog, and my cd player was upstairs in another room...figure that one out
