I think i met my Spirit guide...?

So yesterday i took a nap, and in the middle of my dream i became Lucid, and i flew around for a bit then i remembered i wanted to meet my spirit guide, suddenly the scene changed and i was in a fog, and a girl with black hair and a red dress appeared, her name was Natalie, if i remember correctly. but she only appeared for a flash, and when she disappeared i think i was still aware, but couldn't control things as well. i remember her giving me this really long speech in my head, the voice kind of creeped me out, i think it was about things to come in the future. Could this mean anything? honestly it didn't feel like only a dream.

It could...but really...it is completely and entirely based on how you interpret it and what you choose to believe. I'm not sure what the difference between a Spirit Guide and a Dream Guide would be...but usually we deal with Dream Guides here. Whether or not this is just a manifestation of your subconscious is open to your interpretation.

Thanks! i tried to talk to her this morning when i became lucid, and the fog appeared again, but this time it was really bright, and things started getting a little fuzzy and confusing, but next lucid i'll try again.
