How to tell Precog dreams from normal dreams?

Bonsoir fellow dreamers, please read if you have experience with precog dreams, i would love guidance.

I have a question about precognitive dreaming. How do you differentiate normal dreams from precog dreams? The thing I noticed is that I never know that a dream was precog before the event actually takes place. The one thing i did notice is, everytime I have a precog dream, something or someone in it seems out of place... but its only when the event comes true, that I finaly understand what that person or thing was doing there. I'll give you an examples:

      1) I teach swimming lessons to kids, and I had a dream(not sure if it was last week or the week before) where I was teaching my class (kids standing in front of me) and beside me was an old lady... i remember thinking in the dream: "what is SHE doing in this dream, she doesn't belong to this setting" (I'm frequently semi-lucid in dreams) BUT, last night was parents day at the pool, and instead of the parent coming, the grand-mother came... the situation unfolded exactly like in my dream. I then understood why she DID belong in my dream and that it was precog... get it

I get many dreams like this but this is my most recent one.

      Any thoughts?

That happens to me too; sometimes things that are out of place are actually symbolic clues. Some research into dream interpretation could prove helpful in your quest...
