      explain this

      i was sleeping and while i was sleeping i could feel something pulling on my body like i was being taking to another place maybe heaven or out of body experience when this was happening i said oh my god 3 times in my head and i woke up. i didn't like this feeling at all

      I've had that sensation in sleep paralysis on a number of occasions. I'm always "dragged" by the feet. Nothing to be concerned about, just go with it. When it happens now, I just laugh.
