Thread: Felt a Evil Spirit During Sleep?

In my opinion, it would be beneficial to you from a very temporary standpoint, possibly having a seemingly earth-shattering orgasm, but due to the draining nature of these creatures (as I've come to understand them) you would soon after feel extremely drained, and exhausted. Perhaps even angry. From what I've come to understand about these beings is that they are evil, and have evil intent, and their true selves are revealed when they get what they want.

Think of the hormone release that happens when you orgasm during physical sex with another person, or even during masturbation. The released dopamine, seratonin, and several other hormones that I won't even pretend to be familiar with, believe it or not, cause a refractory, or a sleepiness. A slight draining. Why do you think it feels so good to sleep right after sex? Or at least to have a prolonged rest.

Take that, and multiply it by like 100. That's what you'd hypothetically be experiencing with a succubus. They cling onto your life energy. It's said to make you feel as though you hadn't slept in days. But I wouldn't know, I've never experienced this. I know people who say they have, and a lot of people here seem to have had this experience.

I've never had this experience in any of my dreams, but my mom was just telling me last night about a reoccuring dream that she would have when she was first married. She said that in the dream she would be at first sexually tempted by a good-looking man and then whenever they would be close to having sex, he would disappear and she would have the sensation of having some unknown presence laying on top of her and threatening her. She would wake up and my dad, who was a preacher at the time, would pray over her which caused the dream to stop. But whenever he would leave early in the morning again, the dream would occur.
She said that she only had these dreams when they lived in their first house and that when they moved out, they completely stopped. Come to find out, a couple of years after they had moved and were visiting some friends in the area, the friends informed her that the people who had lived right next door had had a elderly woman that lived with them and supposedly practiced witchcraft. It's hard for me to not believe that there was some connection there...

Well as of late I started to ignore and not think about meeting these creatures and just have more pleasant experiences resulted I must say in much better circumstances. Well I avoided the whole sex thing completely for a while until I forgot about trying to avoid it at which point some stuff sexual started to return. But now the "evil" was gone I would say.

More of meeting more neutral people instead or positive if I may.

Your intention and focus draws forward whatever you find. So having a good grasp of seeing what you keep your mind at and as such see when it's not preferred redirect those thoughts to other stuff that you would like around you much better instead.

According to Wikipedia, you can get extremely exhausted or die. I'm not sure how that is possible, but I sure wouldn't want them to keep coming back for more.

I've had a similar experience, and you're exactly right, it leaves you feeling drained. More emotionally than physically in my opinion, but still exhausted. I'm not sure that I totally believe in this stuff, but something felt very different about that dream.

There's no citation even given for that. Plus you'll get a lot more useful information if you search Incubus instead.

I have felt more drained before after spending a few hours going in and out of SP/HI/LDs back to back during daytime naps than I ever have from these Incubus-like experiences. It would sometimes get to the point where I was so incredibly exhausted after such naps that I was nearly unable to get out of bed, and would literally roll out of bed and sometimes just fall down because I had no strength. But I never remember feeling the same level of exhaustion after these incubus SP experiences. So I'm not really sure what to make of it. Why would some SP cause me extreme exhaustion while contact with a supposed "energy vampire" is less draining? It just doesn't make sense to me.

That's rather interesting, Aquanina. I'm not sure quite what to make of it then... but you do say you've had these Incubus-like experiences? I've never really had one, so I can't say. Nor do I necessarily believe any of it, I just know what the theories and stories and such about this say.

All the same, that is rather interesting. I haven't yet read your experiences with this yet, so I will. But it's got me thinking now... what causes this? I kind of... want to experience it, just so I can see for myself.
