Psychic?

Sometimes I have dreams, and I wont remember much of them at all except for faces. Then days, weeks, months, even years later, I will see that same person and know exactly when I saw them in the dream... Its almost like intense deja vu. Also, I seem to have chronic deja vu, and I'm just wondering if this can be connected to dreams perhaps? I have the deja vu feeling at least 2 times a week... is this normal? ( I know this isn't necessarily dream related but I thought I would ask anyway)

There is no normal. My girlfiend just met someone today that she dreamt about the night before. Life is magic, basically.

There is normal within a specific closed environment to be taken in consideration and there is no normal within another specific closed environment to be taken in consideration. I'd say you have a bit more intensity in "deja vuing" than other people. Nevertheless, being different is not exactly anormal, everyone usually does something better than other people.
