You may alrady be asking what does the 'HD' in HDILD stand for. Well I have been intersested in the properties of gemstones for many years to affect our physical/emotional/mental and psychic states. I read that the herkimer diamond, a variety of quartz, is able to improve dream vividness and dream recall so the HD stands for Herkimer Diamond. I cleansed my herkimer by burying it in a pot of sea salt for three days. This cleansing removes the vibrational energy that other humans have left with it by handling it. I then energised it by leaving it in the sun for a day and also under moonlight for a night as the moon represents dreams in some aspects. I then programmed my herkimer by holding in my fingers of both hands and imagined it glowing with white light and whilst looking at it I kept repeating for five minutes, "My beautiful herkimer diamond please help me to have lucid dreams." I went to bed with my herkimer diamond under my pillow. I went to bed at 1 A.M. and I am being completely honest when I say that I had four lucid dreams by 2 A.M. when I woke up to analyze my lucids and record them. I don't think this was a placebo affect as I have tried MILD's with infrequent LD's. Give it a try and post any successes.
