      So my Dreams play out...

The ball dropped on New Years and that's when I first experienced a Precognitive dream playout. I'm a bit scared of it, I get really uneasy on the verge of panicking when I'm going through the dreams/reality. I know what people are going to say, I know whats fixing to happen. What ever the scenario maybe, It happens and about everyday. There are triggers, an object or conversation that leads me to expect the recalls from a dream. When this occurs its like from then on I'm on Auto Pilot with no control. For some reason I feel there is a significant reason behind me having these dreams. Particularly, like an enlightenment is right around the corner. I really need advice! My Deja Vu can last all day, or for a few hours. It happens everyweek, almost everyday.

Just help me find ways to accept it, or get rid of it! Its like my life is played out but I have freedom of choice. I think the fact that this is possible is what scares me the most.

      Thanks so much!

And to note, I've written my dreams down so I have a source when they play out. I know I'm not crazy. Please help! I've had most of my day today play out, which is why I'm on this forum. It's occurring right now as I write this! Also, I'm emphatic.

      Hi there, I'm empathic.

So, mister, since what you're talking about is easily labeled as crazy a¢$ Sh1t, there's points people can point out.

But since you're on BD anyways, a meditation is a good start. To focus yourself on emptiness or simply empty yourself of unpleasant and dangerous thoughts and emotions.

You can start by relaxing thoroughly your whole body, laid in bed or something. Then you literally imagine yourself in a place which would be "perfect" to you, like your personal sanctuary (useful for balancing yourself when you need to, once you get the hang of it.), or simply a blank, black void. Feel your comming thoughts passing through you like you are in the "river of your own thoughts". Only getting used to be in the current of thoughts without falling down, which is, disctracting yourself by being taken by a particular thought, that's something I guess.

Thanks I'll give it a go. I spelled Empathic wrong, Woops. But, I guess I'll have to learn to live with this. It's just odd it came up New years.

Update, I've been getting better as in mentally accepting my precognition and also gaining control.

I went to Register for College a place I've never been before and I started having a lingering De ja Vu experience right when I stepped out of the car. I saw particular things I've seen before in my dreams and also people that I've talked to or seen. The structure of the building inside and out was so familiar I was stricken with an overwhelming tingling sense of Deja Vu.

Right down to the Multi Colored papers I received to sign up and papers posted on a bulletin board. I've read them before and I said "Isn't that something?" This event that occured was not all in the same dream. Some segments I recall from different nights.

I knew I was going to apply for school and I brought it up while I dreamed at night. It really calmed me when I saw this happening. Please note this isn't the only instance of precognition, I have it almost daily in various experiences of my life. I'm gaining a lot of control over my dreams now though. I first have to acknowledge I'm dreaming to gain control and then let my priorities in life take flight. The Meditation really is helping organize things especially in precognitive dreaming!
