      Meditation while sleeping..

      Hi , Im Tyto from Portugal and im new in this forum, tonight i meditated in my dream for the 8th time , but this time it was different, i could feel my "real" body and i felt this electric charge around it; i would like to know if anyone else tries to meditate while dreaming, and what do you feel, thank you ; )

      I haven't meditated but there is a thread in this section possibly on this page or the second one where the OP meditated and talked about his wonderful experience. I suggest reading it for some info

      The qustion is what is your real body? You are consciousness experiencing many bodies. We do all sorts of things in dreams and OBE. Your meditating in the dream is a good sign that you are progressing along your path.

      Thank you people, i feel that progession along my way, LD was something i always did since i was a kid, and now im going deeper into myself and my uncounscious
