      Did I have an OBE?

So every once in a while I have this "dream" where I'm aware I'm sleeping, just laying in my bed in complete darkness. My eyes are open, and it seems like a dream, though it's pitch black and I cannot move. Now, before recently, I would start to feel some weird presence, and I assumed it was evil or scary so I would awake myself from this "dream".

But, just the other night I let it go to see what would happen. I started hearing this weird scratching noise, like static or something... It's unexplainable, it's a very weird sound. Then the blackness turned into what looked like a room, but it looked different than my own room. I started tingling all over and floating into the air. I floated for a while, but when I tried to look down and see if my body was laying there, I floated back down and woke up. When I awoke in my room my walls were moving and shifting as if I was tripping on some mushies or something. I'm not sure if this is classified as an OBE or just a very odd lucid dream. It seems like me trying to move disrupts the dream and wakes me up.

Just last night it happened again, because I tried to make it happen, but I started floating downward into my bed so I got scared and awoke myself again. I've realized that I can make this happen whenever I want, given I'm tired enough to fall asleep. So can anyone help me with this?

So I took a nap about 2 hours ago and this happened again This time I had a dream first, then I'm pretty sure I had a false awakening where I thought I was awake, so I closed my eyes again. At this point I felt the same shit. I couldn't move, complete darkness, etc. I heard something like a phone vibrating or some shit, then began floating downward. A room seemed to start to appear in front of me, but I could barely make it out. Then I awoke, my body still tingling intensely, so I closed my eyes again and went right back into it. Complete blackness, I started floating once again and then some rock song I've never heard started playing and it was awesome. It had a similar mood and feeling to "Bullet with Butterfly Wings" by Smashing Pumpkins! but it was different words and music... lol idk but then that seemed to wake me up and I was up for good. So what's happening to me? Is this some sort of odd lucid dream or am I having an OBE?

I am not sure if you did or not. I have had similar experiences when I have been in sleep paralysis and experiencing nightmares in that state. Not fun. I often get that levitation/floating sensation and am moved around my bed. It feels very strange and my body just lies there. I know it isn't actually floating, but it feels like it is. Like you though, I can't look down and see myself. I am facing the ceiling. I also experience numerous false awakenings during this and am completely lucid.

had the exact same thing on 2 occasions but without the out of body stuff(i had OBE's though).
It's sleep paralysis followed by an OBE ,it's pretty common
if you can see your body or generally have the feeling of being outside the body then you have an OBE

This is exactly what I experienced this morning.

I was lucid dreaming, for the first time!
I woke up from excitement -> false awakening. I floated out of my body, still in my sleeping position and not moving at all, switched sides of my bed and floated back down with my head first.
I couldn't see myself or anything, only thing I saw was my matras and my very dark and red-ish room lookalike.
      Then I woke up.

I'm sure I felt this before, but somehow completely forgot about it..

      Is this OBE?
