It's pretty interesting to be focusing on your breathing and should get easier as the days progress. I can't recall if I saw some visualizations, will have to check my journal for that. The idea is to just clear the mind of all thoughts using whatever method works for you. In my meditation, I was sitting in the lotus position since I would fall asleep if I was lying down but it sounds like you did well |
