Well, I can't say much, because these experiences are very personal. But it is good for you that they started to happen so early in your life, it means your connection to other dimensions of existence (besides this one you're experiencing right now), was not totally forgotten when you came to this life, as it happens with most people. It can be scary sometimes, the dreams, the not knowing which "reality" is "more real" and sometimes identifying a lot more with the dream reality than with the awaken life, but you must see it as a gift and not a curse. Just don't mention it to people to whom this is pure crazyness or you might start believing them. My father thinks I risk to become totally insane due to my "strange views" on reality. Grow stronger, loose fear and you and your friend - because of your special connection - will eventually share dreams and support each other on your explorations.
