First, I am at a restaurant with my friend and her father, we will call my friend "M." M is trying to order alcohol although she is only 21 because her mother told her to get some to share with a nameless girl we are to hang out with later in a swamp. (Keep in mind that this is totally against her mom's beliefs, she frowns upon excessive drinking.) M's dad makes fun of others in the restaurant. The most peculiar thing is that there is a glass kennel with a puppy inside of it drinking a glass of red wine in the lobby of the restaurant.

Later I am at work and there is a huge ice storm outside. I look out the front doors and the parking lot has turned into a ocean of ice. My friend (this time I am not sure who "my friend" is [no longer "M'"]) attempts to walk out on the ice. The ice breaks and my friend floats away on a piece of of ice, however, she floats back and then everything clears up back to normal.
