Brigid

I’m riding on a school bus with Cara, Sarah Jayne, Luna, and Rachel. Rachel and I are supposed to get off at the same stop. We are going down a hill and we are supposed to get off halfway down the hill but the driver takes us all the way to the bottom. Rachel and I explain to the bus driver that we were supposed to get off earlier, but neither of us is really mad about it.

So, I get off the bus with all my friends. We are all standing in front of a house that looks like my grandma's house and I think we are all about to go into it but we stay outside. Apparently Cara had a bad day, so Sarah Jayne brought her a pizza. I hug her to make her feel better.

I remember some other brief moment where Abby calls me to invite me to a birthday party or something, but I can’t come because I’m not at home.

I’m going on vacation with my family, I think to Cape Cod. The rest of my family is riding in one car and I’m going in a car with my dad. While my dad is driving along, I think I see my 9th grade English teacher out the window, but then it turns out to not be her after all. We stop at some movie theater because for some reason, we’re going to a movie before we leave. But then I’m like, “Or, we could just go.” So then we agree to skip the movie and just leave.
We end up in some vacation house, and I think my aunt and uncle are there, too. At some point while we’re there, I watch “How I Met Your Mother” on a tiny TV in the house’s kitchen. Eventually everyone joins me and they’re all sitting around the TV.

There’s some other part where my family and I go to some carnival. There’s this guy dressed as the Cat in the Hat who is going around making everyone sign his hat. None of us actually want to go on any rides, so instead we all sit in front of this glass class filled with … something. I don’t remember exactly what. I want to say it was sea shells, but that doesn’t seem right. Oh, well. It was something shiny.

I remember another snippet of a dream where my friend and I were running down the stairs of our dorm building, and I was wearing my slippers, and I was telling her about “My Little Pony.”

Dream #1:

I’m supposed to be going to see “Beauty and the Beast” (the musical) with my sisters, my mom, and some random guy I don't know. But when we’re getting into the car, I realize I don’t have my ticket. I go back into our house (which looks like my grandparents’ house on the outside, but on the inside it looks like the house we lived in when I was 11) to look for my ticket, but I have no idea where it is. I go into a room and start searching. There are a lot of folders piled around on the floor and I’m sorting through them all trying to find the ticket, but I can’t find it. I go into the bathroom. I can hear the rest of my family talking outside, all of them also looking for the ticket, but apparently they can’t find it either.

Dream #2:

I have another dream where my dad and I are looking at pictures of my grandpa and talking about him.
