      Haha, I know the feeling. What I do is I drink some water before bed and then each time it wakes me up for the restroom. For that, you gotta get up. I do this to write down my dreams while they are fresh and it is also a great motivator to get up from bed for WBTB. How can you refuse a call of nature?

      Thanks gab! WBTB is my favorite. I have a hard time finding the motivation to stay up once my alarm goes off. I keep it across the room so I HAVE to get out of bed to turn it off, but, half asleep, I just figure, bleh, Im tired, I'll do it tomorrow. Yet never do. haha any ideas to keep me from doing this? And I'll try the morning nap sometime, sounds promising.

      Congrats! WBTB indeed is great to wake up your mind. If you ever have time for a morning nap, 1-3 hrs after waking time, give it a try. Great for WILDs and DILDs.
