Hi there, I am new to the site but not at all new to lucid dreaming. I have been lucid dreaming for my entire life (even since toddler age) but up until last week I had never had a lucid dream that I could control. Up until last year, I had only experienced two types of lucid dreaming. One in which I was conscious but could not move my body, and the other in which I suffered severe hallucinations upon waking up, where reality and my dreams combined. Last year, I had my first experience with WILD. In the past week, I have had my first group lucid dream (in which I believe to have met other lucid dreamers) and also a dream in which I realized I was lucid dreaming and was able to control the dream. I am now trying to work on controlling my lucid dreams, and although I have not been successful, I am now able to sometimes recognize the state of mind that I fall into right before lucid dreaming.
