You're right, I would be cranky if I caught you smoking, haha!
      I haven't had any, don't you worry.
Actually, I smoked some mugwort the other day, but that was purely for dreaming purposes!

Congrats on the LD! And you stayed in it longer this time!
DCs often try to convince the dreamer that they're not dreaming. Even if you tell a DC directly that it's a dream, they may sometimes vehemently deny it and call you crazy. But you know better, and you can always do another RC if you're feeling doubtful.

When I started lucid dreaming, I absolutely sucked at flying, I couldn't do it at all. A good trick if you're having trouble with dream powers is to find a way to make it more believable in the real world. A solution I found for flying was using a magic carpet. I could pull it out of my pocket, or turn around and expect to find it there, or conjure it if I was feeling confident. Then I could get on the magic carpet and it would do the flying for me. I used this method for quite a while until flying became normal enough for me to believe that I could do it myself.

Alternatively, you could start by using methods of transport that are possible in waking life. Maybe you could try walking through a doorway / around a corner, and expecting to be at a certain location.

Or just explore your dream world wherever you are! I spent my first lucid dream in my bedroom, just touching my carpet because I couldn't believe how real it felt! Engaging your senses helps to ground you in the dream, too.

Maybe you could also have a simple task in mind for next time. Check out the Tasks of the Month. The basics this month are both things that can be achieved in waking life, so it'll just be a matter of remembering them in your dream.

      Well done, keep at it!

It isn't exactly a rule. If I can think of a TV show title or movie title that adequately describes my dream without needing something extra in brackets then I'll use it.
I have noticed that a bus ride is involved and I'll keep that in mind when I do catch a bus.
That does remind me of that guys T shirt.

Is it a rule that your DJ titles must contain at least one set of brackets?
Interesting to see bus rides featuring again. That's definitely something to keep in mind when you're catching buses in RL.
That guy's Tshirt reminds me of this pic:

Hahaha, I hope it didn't happen playing footsy!! A football/elbow in the face I can understand, but if you actually got your teeth knocked out playing footsy, then you're doing it wrong!

I would pretty much be a walking, talking RC if I did it whenever there was conflict around my household. I know that losing teeth is common because I have been having that one since I had my front tooth knocked out playing footy 15 years ago.

I see violence is still a dream sign of yours (with the last two dreams, anyway...)
Remind yourself during the day that if anything violent is happening, it is very likely to be a dream, so you should do a reality check. I would RC during any conflict or discomfort as well, like on the bus or being around certain people who stress you out.

It's funny that you had a toilet disaster! I think I've told you that those are my most reliable dream sign. I always RC when I go to the toilet now.

You also had a couple of classic dream signs/themes - losing teeth and being naked in public.

Did you know you can use the 'tags' section to list any dream signs, and they'll be arranged in a tag cloud to show you which ones occur the most?
