I'm not going to lie, this actually sounds very similar to one of my first posts and the reason that I first found this website. I was continually dreaming of the same character, somebody who I did not know in waking life, but was always cropping up in my dreams. These recurrent dream characters, or dream guides are actually rather common in people. It sounds like this character may be one of them.
