Hello! I have not been active on this site for some time. But I got my first lucid dream! It started with me walking with someone through a snowy forest , suddenly a thought popped up . I said to myself "This is a dream!" I got really excited and I remember you wake up if you get excited. I tried calming myself down , but it didn't work . SOOOOOooo I was lucid for a total of 5 seconds at which point I woke up .
