Hmm another way to recall them is to set an alarm to wake yourself up during a period of the early morning when you will be in rem sleep (dreaming). Then write down your dreams.

Sometimes you will only have a feeling of dream, an awareness but no memories of it...that is a start.
it is like when you are trying to remember something that you know, but can't.

Just keep trying and you will get there. The only real block is if you don't believe you can do it.
I know of plenty of people who don't believe in lucid dreaming....but just plain old dreaming, everyone believes that

Hello phan1over. Reading dream journals and talking about dreaming here on this site daily may help you with recall. My own has gotten better from just reading articles alone.

I was having this same problem, and I asked my brother about it. He has his PhD in psychology. He said if we try hard enough, we can convince our brains to do just about anything. We can train our brains to make dream recollection a high priority. After receiving this advice from i started doing this and it worked so well because now I remember several dreams every night. This is my advice to you.

Every morning when you wake up write something down. It can be as simple as "I can't seem to remember my dreams from last night". Later on, return back to your journal and reflect on why you think you can't remember. Write down that you hope to remember your dreams tonight. Anything you write down about what you can or cannot remember is of great importance. While you write it down, maybe something comes to mind, maybe you THINK you had a dream about driving a car, or seeing a bird, etc. Write it down. Eventually, you will start to remember more.

everybody dreams as far as im aware unless they take too much alcohol or drugs...
You just need to start a dream journal and set the intention to try when you wake to write whatever you remember or don't

      Hey phan1over,

You might get more responses if you posted in the forum, as opposed to in your Dream Journal. Over here is where you post your dreams, while the forum is where you ask/reply to questions and different topics.

I would suggest posting in General Dream Discussion. Once there, you can click "Post New Thread" in the top left to make your thread.
