    1. dream journal 7

      by , 03-03-2015 at 07:38 PM
I had a dream with pinkie pie in it. I think we were in a cafeteria with a stage or something. I enjoyed her company quite well as I felt like I was having fun being around her. There was some orchestra with these woodwind instruments likes like tubas (what all those metal instruments you blow into are called) and I for some reason was able to either control them or predict what they were going to play. After the dream I was surprised as I don't know what was so great that made me enjoy myself, but being around her made me happy like being around a close friend that you are always happy to be with.
I am sure I dreamed of other things before that one, but I can't quite remember them.

When ever I wake up from a dream, I always give myself another hour of dream time by going back to sleep.
During this session however I was certain to remember around around 20-30 minutes of dream time.
Some involving being somewhere else and confusing my surrounding reality to be the right reality because of where I was. I wasn't in my house, but a house I would go to during my childhood summers. I found it plausible to be in this house, and swiftly accepted it as I was awake. Later on however the dream collapsed and I woke up. This was dream 1. Dream 2 was waking up on my bed in a dream and visiting other houses around 10 minutes later of what ever I was doing. The first house I visited used to belong to a kid named Brandon that I knew in my childhood. It was occupied by a man, a woman, and maybe a child or two (im fuzzy on the details). They knew my name, and they could see me. This amazed me because the whole time I thought I was invisible. On the second and final house I visited was more a store than a house because of how it had clothes racks full of what seemed to be, fancy clothes. This is an obvious sign that this wasn't what the house really is like on the inside, and it's just my imagination making shit up.

I hope that my dreams will be extended and longer, because this sort of hobby is the most excitement I can find out of life.

    3. This was a long time ago

I remember one of my favorite absolutely conscious lucid dreams. It was a bit of a shock because meeting characters I was interested in that moment made me do a double take of, how are you here? Even in my dreams, how are you here? I find that it's pretty rare to find characters you would enjoy spending time with, this is especially so because dreams can be random during most of the part. It went from the outside of my house, to the inside of my cousins, to a particular room. The odd part was that it was as if the dream was conscious of my desires, and therefore made them come true.

I don't think I have had any type of dream where I have been fully conscious in a while, but I hope to have them eventually.

When I find that I wake up in the dream world on top of my bed, I will make a bee line from out side of my house to a persons house(someone I knew as a kid, but not so much any more). I would try to see how far I could get, and see if I can get a view of the inside of their house. Other times I want to go into houses I haven't been in before. I do this so that if I EVER go into that house, I will know whether or not it was accurate from my dream.

    5. sometimes. .

Sometimes I am curious of what the inside of houses I have never been inside looks like. So I go in and see something that I have never been in. I wonder sometimes if it's an accurate depiction of what is inside the house.

On another note I have found that dream time is starting to extend it self further and further the more I pay attention and try to focus on the dream not collapsing. I think to myself that the dream lasted an hour, but truly it always feels much less. I am not sure if either is correct or if it has something to do with how conscious I am when dreaming, but it's an interesting step I will admit.

    6. Melatonin

      by , 09-23-2014 at 03:23 PM
I can only remember bits and pieces, but I do believe that I was first in the usual unconscious dream. After waking up and taking melatonin seeing that it was six O'clock in the morning I thought that I should go back to sleep. What happened was what could easily fool me into thinking that it is astral projection, but is really just lucid dreaming with such familiarities. I usually was in more than one part of my brain deeper seeing as how I woke up. I was mostly going inside a house in my neighborhood look at who lived there, and then. . Blinking in and out in my dream like it usually does. I don't understand why I can't have something that solidly goes through a single dream senquence, but what ever.
When I woke up I had trouble getting out of sleep as it took me a few tries to wake up in reality, seeing as the other attempts were like bad hallucinations of me waking up. In the end I am going to keep taking melatonin for sleeping and staying asleep.
If anyone has any recommended on the shelf drugs I could take that would prolong a dream then please by all mean tell me.

    7. why can't it be longer?

      by , 09-11-2014 at 10:48 PM
After waking up from a nap I will have the tendency to go back to sleep. What is different from the first time that I slept however is that I recognize the transition between being awake and asleep. Sadly during this precious time I do can not stay in there forever(I hardly do what I want when I am lucid any ways). The more I go back in after waking up the shorter, and shorter it gets. This is a problem as my fastest lucid dream is only a few seconds. I am hoping that with time I will figure out a way to prolong my dream state for a matter of years and do it all in one night sleep. I have tried different methods for more clarity in my lucid dreams. From doing basic math in my head, to touching my hand. They seem to have worked well occasionally and to my surprise. I am hoping to learn new methods that have proven to have had longer lucid sessions. Personally I am tired of minute-dreams.
