    almost there

    So I have been trying to lucid dream for about 2 months and I just about got there, I'm on a road trip right now and I was going in and out of sleep, well I felt kinda paralyzed and had really strong vibrations,there were a lot of lights and I heard almost like a loud motor sound,my mom interrupted it then, I states in my posistion and I got really close to sp when I was interuppted again! I gave up then, but I'm excited becuase it gives me hope I can get there!!!

      That's great, congrats!! I imagine it would be hard for me as well to transition from the vibrations into a lucid dream in a car, getting interrupted alot. But now you know what it feels like, so you can repeat this process in your actual bed. Since the waking up and going back to sleep in the car helped trigger the vibrations and SP and HH noises, you could try setting several alarms next time you go to bed. A WBTB basically. Maybe set the first alarm after you have been sleeping for 4-6 hours, then every 90 minutes after.
