I have been practicing a mix between ADA and SAT throughout the day, increasing my general awareness. I did a WBTB, taking a short nap around 10-11pm, and then went to sleep at about 12:30am. As i fell asleep i used the mantra,"I am constantly aware of my surroundings."
I caught a false awakening. It seems lucky to me. I normally use the nose plug RC but I also remember inspecting my phone and watch. I was unsure I was dreaming at first, i wasn't very lucid, but a routine RC caught it.
I lost the dream due to excitement.
After I had ANOTHER false awakening, that's right back to back FA's. In the FA I was writing in my DJ, I keep a pocket book beneath my pillow.
