      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

      Hello everyone!

Okay, so, I'm new here and this is my very first post.

Up until now, I've only had a few lucid dreams (not counting with my first years of life- it was all nightmares back then). The reason for that is that I don't appear in most of my dreams, so there is really no chance of becoming lucid in them. When I do appear though, there is a good chance of me realising that it's a dream and obtainng lucidity.

My goal is to, first, better recall my dreams (I already remember at least one dream everyday), second, try to have more dreams in which I'm present, and third, obtain lucidity everytime I do. As of now, I have no clue how to achieve the second one, but I'll get there... hopefully.

Last night I went to sleep at about 10:00 pm, tired and a little stressed out. I had a long lucid dream and, after that, I only remember waking up (not sure if I had another dream after that one...). Here it is:

      ~Taking Over~

At first everything was pitch black, I couldn't feel or see anything, but then I realised I was actually looking at the back of my eyelids so I carefully opened my eyes. The first thing I see is a bright blue sky with lots of white clouds; there's a strong breeze and I feel a little bit cold. Looking around I figured out I was on the terrace of a probably very high building because I couldn't see anything else around it from where I was.

All the while, I couldn't shake off the feeling of being out of place. I try to get up (as I had been siting, with my legs tucked under me) but I quickly loose my balance and fall down; I'm much heavier than I ougtha be.

'What the...?' I think, confused. I look at my hands- they're huge! 'I'm a guy...' I realised. 'Okay, I'm definately dreaming now.' this wasn't exactly new to me, being a boy in my dreams that is, so I soon got over that.

Looking at the rest of my new body, I saw that I didn't have anything with me; I was wearing simple clothes (that did nothing to protect me from the cold) and had taken off my shoes. I'm not excatly sure why but my heart started beating really fast and I instantly knew that I had ended up in some guy's body and that this teenage boy had been planing to kill himself. That was a scary thought, so to keep my mind off of it I quickly grabed the boy's sneakers, putting them on, and walked towards the door behind me (I was quickly getting used to that body).

The building itself was preety run down, there lots of nasty and crazy people living there and could swear there were blood stains on the walls and stairs. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

Even as I walked down the streets of whichever city I was in my dream, knowing next to nothing about this boy, I wasn't nervous or scared. After all, it was a dream and my dreams always had a way of surprising me. It was already night tough, as I stopped to see my reflection on a window of some shop (I had orange hair and eyes of the same colour, a relatively small build, although my hands were really big, and I was also preety tall), when a very preety girl runned up to me, yelling what I soon found out was my (the boy's) name, and tackled/hugged me, crying her heart out and telling me that she had been worried sick about me.

After calming her down, I talked to her a little bit as she walked with me to my supposed house (she problably got the impression I had amnesia). When I got home, I was greeted almost the same way by the boy's parents, who were about to call the police.

To cut a long story short: The dream went for a couple of months, me living the boys life. Along the way, I found out why the boy wanted to kill himself but concluded it was his own fault and that he failed to see he had suportive friends and parents that acctually loved him. I was really starting to get used to being him and was even enjoying it.

The incredibly long dream ended after the girl, who had a major crush on him, gathered up the courage to kiss me. I was so shocked, I couldn't move a muscle and was blushing like mad.

I think I fainted after that, becaused everything faded to black all of a sudden.

After that, I only remember waking up in my bedroom, in real life.
I got really embarassed when I remembered that last scene.
