    Something Beautiful

    I'm not sure how I knew I was dreaming, but I was aware.

    It was dark; night time. I was in some sort of landscape that was quite pretty, in a bit of a desert area. I looked up to the sky and said, "SHOW ME SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL!" and got a rainbow. A rainbow at night was unusual and strange, but I would not call it beautiful, so I asked for the same thing. Behind me there was a butterfly, glowing a white-yellow color, fluttering in the breeze: it was beautiful. I rose in the air as well and followed it around.

      Brilliant keep it going . That might have been a delta sleep dream if it was in the first four to five hours of your sleep.

      A sleep cycle occurs every ~90 minutes. Each cycle typically has a delta phase (unless you're atypical or altering your sleep habits). The first four to five hours means she's most likely cycled 2 or 3 times.
