Night 15: Nothin' but the rain, admiral

Why am I even posting again...
Right, well, 9 days since my last entry, and my journal has, during that time, gained nothing but some random doodles. No dreams, no fragments, not even a few keywords. I suspect it's because I'm not really in a good state, psychologically, right now, but even so, I can't see how that would effect dreaming or recollection. I'm going to try B6 supplements starting from monday, and see how those work. I'm also going to go back to my usual irregular sleep pattern- I've been forcing myself to go to bed at a set time- 11pm. Thing is, I very rarely feel tired at this point, and it doesn't seem to have helped my recall at all (indeed, it seemed to have got worse since I tried that. Correlation =/= causation, I know, but it's worth thinking about)

The title caught my eye, I'm hoping that is a reference to Battlestar Galactica. Lol

And keep it up! Extra sleep helps, and regularly sleep schedules too. Remember, that you have longer REM cycles the longer you sleep. If you sleep 8 hours, more than half of your dreaming is in just the last 2 hours or so. If you have the time to sleep past 8 hours, then it's almost all dream-time! If you can, go to sleep earlier.

I've been getting lot's of nights that I don't remember my dreams at all.I noticed that when I take a 5-10min nap in break between class or recess I get very short dreams.

Heh, yeah, that was a battlestar quote- nice to see another fan Finally finished the series last night, so thought it'd be a good title.

Yeah, the problem with sleeping longer is that if I go to bed when I'm not actually feeling tired, it'll be hours before I get to sleep, which is why I usually just go when I actually feel like it. Can't really sleep in later, either, unfortunately.
Been having sleeping problems recently anyway, but I suspect that's because of the weather- my room is the warmest room of the house and it has been stupidly hot around here the last few weeks (we haven't even had any rain for 2 weeks) so maybe things will get a little better when it starts to cool down a bit. And, of course, like I said, I'm under a lot of stress which could quite possibly be linked. I'll see if it improves over time
