Parents Telling me that I Couldn't Possibly be Lucid Dreaming

I didn't write this down this morning because my phone was dead, so a few parts are a little fuzzy. Mostly the beginning.
I was at the top of a massive cliff. There was a house, and my parents were outside doing laundry. I came up to them, and suddenly, they started saying stuff like, "Oh, this can't be a dream." I don't remember exactly what they said, but I then knew I was dreaming. I did the noseplug RC a couple times, and knew I was dreaming. I had an urge to go jump off the huge cliff we were on, so I turned and ran towards the edge.
On the way to the edge, for some reason I thought 'Well, if this is a dream, cool, and if I'm awake. Well, whatever'. I jumped off and spread my arms out like wings, and I started gliding. My arms started feeling like they were catching a lot of air, slowing me down. I kept gliding around for a while because it was really cool. It only seemed like I had been flying around for about 5 minutes, but then my vision started to blur and darken from the edges. I remembered suggestions from Dreamviews about focusing on my hands and how vivid the world around me was. It worked for a bit, but then the dream turned black.
I don't remember if I woke up afterwards, or if I entered another dream. I thought this dream was pretty cool. I completed another goal of mine, which was to fly around like I did in the dream. Once I start remembering longer dreams, maybe I'll do some advanced flying in the future
Two nights in a row with lucid dreams. Come on brain, let's keep this going![]()
