This was a really unclear and non-vivid dream that I barely remember. I was taking a weight-lifting class and my instructor was a fat woman with Down's Syndrome. Most people with Down's are really nice, but this woman was not. She would yell and complain at the students. She wrote down for us a lifting routine which IIRC was: 4 sets of 10 of four exercises. She tried to show us how they were done by doing them along with us, but she had horrible form.
