Dancer

Every once in a while I have these dreams that upon remembering them seem like I should call it a nightmare but during the dream I react so calmly that it does not feel like a nightmare. It is almost as if I am numb. I had one of these last night and it sort of followed me through a handful of dreams throughout the night which caused me to wake up at many different times. All of these are only vague fragments but I did my best to remember them.

Initial dream:
I was at some sort of dull party at night. It started raining which made me very excited because I love rain so I went out onto the deck to stand in it. as I walked onto the grass a dark figure approached me from above and my mood instantly changed from joy to shock and anger.

Somewhere in the middle:
I was in a car with one of my friends and we were driving around trying to find this dark figure so that I could confront it.

Last dream:
I found myself in some sort of maze-like underworld. It was dark with a red glow and there were these menacing creatures that were the dark figure's minions. These minions seemed to ignore me or not see me. I was in this underworld trying to find the dark figure.

There were other shorter dreams in between all of these that were somehow affected by the presence of this dark figure. It made for a very restless night of sleep...
