This dream was actually quite short, but in it, I almost went lucid.

I was in my grandma's car, and she was driving me back to my house to drop me off. When I got to my house, she drove off, and I looked around. Something didn't feel right. I noticed some of the local kids I hang out with were walking towards my house, glaring. Something felt off about them too. I then turned to my house and noticed that it looked VERY run down, and that various people were entering and exiting it with stuff. One person exited my house and walked by me, smiling from ear to ear. I watched him walk away, and he vanished in mid-walk. When I walked up to the front door, it slammed shut and wouldn't open, so I went around to the garage to get in that way. I took a good look at the garage door opener, and noticed the numbers on the buttons were symbols... but I simply remembered where the numbers were and typed in the code, opening my garage and getting into the house. My parents cars were parked in it as well, so I assumed they were home.
When I got in however, multiple things were wrong. Stuff was thrown around on the floor, people were everywhere in my house, (note that I didn't know them at all) and I went up to someone and asked him where my parents were. He said with a happy face, "Gone." I asked him to explain a little, but he ignored me, and took various things on the floor. That's when I almost became lucid, as I started to question if this was real. I felt the feeling coming to me, I started to realize that things weren't making sense, and a loud noise in the background of the dream distracted me, and I forgot all about that feeling. The dream ended soon after.
