Non-dream Dream Lucid Nightmare Out of Body Experience Fragments False awakening Early awakening

This is a false awakening/nightmare:

I wake up in bed. Still eyes closed. But I know Im in my bed at the apartment I grew up in. I have this feelning that I just was lucid and did something BIG, feels like I was gone for a few days or so but I couldnt remember what I did and how I did it.
Suddenly I hear a clear voice in my head asking me: "Are you concentrating?". The voice sounds like the voice of god in some movies Ive seen. I ignore it and trying to get back to sleep. The voice asks me again "Are you concentrating?". I get a little freaked out and for some reason I feel forced to answer "yes I am", so I do. Then the Voice keeps on talking to me. I try to stop it by concentrating. It works for a while but as soon as I stop concentrating it starts again. So I start to scream and freak out.
Then I wake up for real. The time is 4 pm and I'm not suppose to get up in like two hours. Cant get back to sleep, to scared to get another dream like that... and yesterdays OBE freaked me out a little too
I think the part about being concentrated has something to do with what I did in the dream before (that dream I cant remember).
