    Oooohh....

Ok so I just got done eating my breakfast when it had occured to me I didn't meditate at all yesterday :/ So I decided that I do it on a fairly full stomach. The session itself was eh, I was getting the usual pressures and tingling in my head but it I would lose track of what I was doing entirely and would start messing around with thoughts. (Probably the full stomach)

I end the session and get up from the floor, I feel tired like I could take a nap so I decided to. I lay down and decided to kinda meditate myself into a nap. Now, I'm not sure the time span of all this, seemed to be about maybe 10 minutes for the whole process. But as I'm laying there for my nap and I start getting the pressures in my head I begin to feel tingles in my legs and torso area. This is pretty new, usually it just stays around the head.

Then the whistle sound came, I read up on a lot of this and have some accidental experiences with it so I just let it go and let it be. Really trying to accept anything and everything that happened. The whistle got louder and the pressures in my head got more intense, it felt like my jaws were clenched really tight and that my legs were moving really haphazardly, even though I myself was staying still. The whole process was pretty uncomfortable to be honest. Like extremely uncomfortable.

But I kept with it and let it all happen. Before I knew it I was shot out of my room. I didn't see anything, I didn't even open my eyes, but I just felt it. I got thrown out of my room, part of me wanted to get up right there but something told me to wait just it out for just a little bit longer. It would totally be worth it.

I came to a "stop" eventually and I knew it was time to get up. I knew because I didn't even have to act out the getting up, I just thought "get up" and I rose to my feet. I tried to open my eyes but only one eye would open. What I saw was my room, but darker, like night time dark. My bed wasn't where it usually was, nor did I even get to look at myself. Instead of swiveling my head around to look at my room more I was concentrated on trying to get my stupid right eye to open. Then it popped in my head that I'm sleeping on the right side of my face, and with that thought, everything went black and when I opened my eyes again I was back in my room I dunno if me sleeping on my face had anything to do with the eye thing but Woooooww that was sooo koool lol. I literally went somewhere else entirely and it took almost no time at all! Stabilization might be a problem for a while, I got really excited lol. But this was a great experience
