false awakening

Non Dream Dream Lucid

Ok, I actually remembered bits of quite a few dreams this morning, so I'll enter them all in sections.

Dream 1: False Awakening
Not much to tell really. I woke up and sat down at my desk. I opened my dream journal to write something in it, but it was full, so I went back to bed. This should have called a RC but it didn't. When I actually woke up and opened my DJ it wasn't full, and i realised that before was a False Awakening.

Dream 2: Tenacious D
I am listening to the studio version of "The Metal" by Tenacious D on my music player. I remember that I have the live video version of this song as well, so I find it and play the video over the top of of the studio version. Obviously some of the lip syncing isn't perfect. I remember Jack and Kyle (the band members) having some rather comical expressions on their faces in the high bits, kinda like in a cartoon.

The scene changes; it is still the same dream, though. I am envisioning a pair of siamese twins, joined down their sides. They are wearing a double guitar - one guitar with two necks and two sets of strings. They are playing one each. (I think "The Metal" is still in my head but I can't remember) Suddenly I realise it would be cooler if one of the necks was a bass guitar; the top one changes to a bass neck, longer and with four strings. Then I realise it would be even better if the twins were joined back to back, and each was playing their part of the guitar - this happens as well. That's all I remember of that dream.

Dream 3: Hustle
That evening I had watched the lastest episode of Hustle, a TV drama about a group of 5 con-artists.
I am the young man from Hustle. We've just pulled off a successful con with and we're choosing where to go and celebrate. We're looking at a map; the woman we pulled the con with suggests a chateau in France that she knows, but I decide on Turkey.

Scene change - we are on a bridge in Turkey. The view is fantastic and we are leaning against the side, sipping champagne. The three other men look the same as in the TV show, but the woman is different - the one in my dream is a brunette and has freckles. We are arranged in a line looking over the road and out into the water beyond. The three men are on the left, then the brunette woman, then me, then the woman we pulled the con with. One by one, the three men make their excuses and leave, exiting to my right hand side. The woman to my left crouches down to have a look at the map in my hand. The other woman makes her excuse and leaves; the woman to my left starts to suck my fingers slowly. I look down and realise she is actually fairly attractive. I am contemplating what is probably about to happen when the dream ends

Dream 4: The (Short) Lucid!
I remembered this happening as I woke up. I really don't remember very much at all, but I do remember being Lucid and being in a classroom full of schoolfriends; a recurring feature in my Lucids so far.

Being in a Classroom has been the subject of four of my lucids; the other was walking to a class. Unfortunately this is a very inconvenient dreamsign as I am a student and spend over half my waking life in a classroom.
