The Path of Iapetos

[COLOR="royalblue"]Non-Aware (Dream)[/COLOR] - [COLOR="blue"]Partially Aware (Lucid Dream)[/COLOR] - [COLOR="navy"]Fully Aware and Vivid (Astral Projection(OOBE)[/COLOR]

I told myself I would go to bed at a normal time, but I tried to figure out a way to upload and play FLAC files on my Iphone so I could listen to the Gateway Experience on high quality sound. I did find my solution but I went to bed very late, 01:15.
I started to listen to the "Energy Bar Tool" Exercise. I did the normal Focus 10 procedure and was then told to imagine myself holding a white light-saber looking bar and Monroe instructed me to change the color of it to, green, orange, yellow, blue and red. When he told me to try it's pulsing energy through visualization I didn't understand what he meant, but then he said "No imagine it bright white again, and imagine it go on and off over and over again". As I did this my whole body started to pulsating almost in synchronization with every clear picture I had of it. "On" My left leg started to twitch and I thought it had gone off!" "Off" I am back in the normal state again.. "On" My right leg twitched! Then in the end he told me to come back to physical consciousness (the C-1) by moving my right hand and thinking of the number one. I did and the exercise was ended, my awareness felt weird, I had my eyes closed and it felt like my awareness had shrink and that my body was 5 times bigger. Not as special as it sounds, but it felt weird. Then I fell asleep...

[COLOR="royalblue"]I did end up chaining the dream to a lucid dream, so I have forgot some details of the first dream, but I was an American time traveling but ending up in Sweden at some farmers house. I met some guy about my age and he guided me around the area. I said that I had been told that the Swedish girls have the most beautiful voice and that I would like to meet one lol :D And he said sure there are tons of girls trying to sell American books in the town.
When I got there I saw my old friend Elna (although not aware that I knew her at the time) and when she spoke I almost melted. :panic: It was such a beautiful voice, and then I told her that I had already read that book because I was from the states (In that dream). And she couldn't believe her ears, I was like a celebrity to her. Then I hang out with her and her friends accompanied with the other guy and I remember having a conversation about drugs and the only drug they knew was alcohol lol. And I thought to myself "Oboy if they knew how freaky LSD was they would go nuts haha.".
( I DON'T DO DRUGS! I MEANT THE EXPLANATION OF LSD) :)
But I didn't tell them about it, it would be too much for them. Then we hear some roaring in the sky and we look up and see a white old airplane, a white airplane with a propeller at the front. They looked with amazement and I was like meh...
Then we see a big black stealth aircraft and I think to myself "Wait a minute those aircraft doesn't exist now?!" and I start to scream UFO! The other look up and say "Woooow". In the group I found my old friend Astrit. We talk about aircrafts and he asked me if I had seen the documentary "something something" about UFOS? And I thought "Yeah I have, but you can have because it came out in my time". I asked him what year it was and he said "1964" and I thought for some weird reason that that made sense... I also remembering saying "Oh then there is going to be a UFO invasion in Washington the 29 July!" Although this actually happened 1952 and it wasn't an invasion, but and UFO incident, but I have no idea of how I could remember the exact date. The others went into a restaurant I think it was Burger King, but that didn't make sense, although nothing made sense in this dream anymore... :roll:

I told Astrit that I needed to go to the bathroom and he said "I'll go with you I have to go too." When I started to pee I thought to myself for some reason "Oh what if I do it for real? Oh right it usually never happens so..." But then I woke up and I had my eyes closed and I wanted to chain the dream. I heard my dad snore in the other room, but I continued to focus on the black space behind my eyelids and suddenly I was back where I had left but lucid! [/COLOR]
[COLOR="blue"]Although it felt different, everything was quiet not a sound was made. I looked at my friend Astrit then he just disappeared! I knew it was a dream so I didn't bother, it was kind of dark in there now but I put a sweater in front of my eyes and focused to stay in the dream. I looked myself in the mirror and it was blurry so I couldn't see myself clearly.
Then I woke up again, still had my eyes closed and I tried to get back again somehow. Suddenly I see my hands and I am back where I had left once again. It was very vivid now although still a little blurry vision, so I started to spin and it did clear up a bit. I thought to myself "Ok this is a vivid as I can get it in a start without glancing at objects, so this is how the guy in the Castaneda book perceived the dream at first. Ok so now all I got to do is to look at my hands and then at some new object to get a surge of energy." But I never looked back at my hands again, because something else caught my attention. :( I saw a body laying on the white floor, and when I approached it I saw who it was. IT WAS ME! :shock:
I thought to myself that it couldn't be the real me since I am in my bed but I was still curious to see what would happen if I touched myself at the left arm. But as I did the body synchronized it's movement with mine but in a laying position.
I looked at my head and it looked kind of freaky, I think I could see a bone structure at the back of my head, or something white reminding me of bones anyway. I was a little scared that the eyes of that double would suddenly open it's eyes like in a horror movie. As I thought that the double got up and looked at me with a angry look and then took a defending fighting position. It looked really freaky :huh2: but then I woke up.

I tried to chain the dream again, but I heard the high pitch ringing in my head that normally let's me know that I wont be able to WILD, but I still tried but as expected I couldn't return. The time was now 07:31

This was a fun experience, but next time I should focus on my objective - To look at my hands then on a dream object and then back at my hands again. Over and over and with different dream objects. :roll: [/COLOR]
