I once had a lucid dream where i was in a boat with a blonde haired girl and a mysterious man. One night I went to sleep (in the dream) and the next thing I knew, the girl was ontop of me jolting me awake. Her eyes where wide and she fearfully told me, "He's coming!" The man (captain) was holding a bloody knife and I noticed the girl had laceration marks on her back. I remember I got cut and fell unconscious. I woke up to the girl carrying me to the shore, a shipwreck behind us. She looked at me and said,"It's okay, we're only dreaming." I then woke up. Shadows will often warn me that I'm dreaming, but most of them kill me afterwards. The girl was completely passive...
