      TLoZ+Board Game=DJ Entry

My first dream of the night was some sort of an odd combination of a Legend of Zelda game and a board game. A lot of it I cannot remember; I remember snippets of the Legend of Zelda part (the first half) and the general idea of the boring board game part (the second half). The first half compromised of a few groups of my friends from my old school completing various TLoZ-like dungeons at the same time. The board game was, of course, boring. I just moved around on checkerboard-esque tiles surrounded by various walls. Even in the DREAM I was bored.

      Minecraft Village Hike

In the second dream I recalled, I was hiking through the forest trying to lead a group of Testificates (Minecraft villagers that look like land-based cave squidwards) back to their village before nightfall. Eventually, I made it back and they told me of a rival village nearby. I decided to go back through the woods and look at it. It surprised me that the inhabitants of it were more like humanoid fish than something from Minecraft; they looked more like the Fish Paladin enemies from Dungeons of Dredmor. I began to explore the village; it was very small. At this point I began to think that the fish village wasn't so bad, but I woke up before I had a chance to become lucid.

      Magic School

Unfortunately, this had much more "school" than "magic" in it. Either way, it was the end of class and I was fooling around with my friends from my old school. Out of nowhere, one of them got sick. For some reason, that caused one of my friends to go play a game on a computer while the rest (except for the sick one) watched. Somehow, I decided that I would buy a magic scroll on my iPad so I could heal my sick friend. I placed the order, and I found that some odd plastic and metal object was in my hands (it did strike me as strange in the dream but I didn't do an RC). I assumed it was a scroll, since I had remembered seeing a similar object carried by one of my friends. I went over to the sick friend and tried to cast the spell, but two things stopped me: one, he had cured himself with a scroll of his own and I had no idea how to actually cast the scroll (which I promptly forgot about). I went over to watch my friends who were playing the game, which looked fairly sporadic and strange. It looked like one big cutscene, except there was no connection from one event to the next. I decided that I would try to cast the spell on the characters in the game just for kicks when I woke up. Moral of the story: Magic scroll salesmen have really good service.
