non-lucid

Ok so I was at Jennifer's house for a holiday. She lived somewhere out in the country, and to get there, you had to go to outer outer suburbs, and then at the edge of the desert, you were meant to go on a train that would take yu out into the desert. This scene happened in another dream I had, and I waited for ages at the edge of this desert until sure enough, a train came and took me out into this empty desert.
I had spent most of my time at Jen's house studying, although her and Justin were planning on going off to a national park for some exploring etc so I came with them. it was similar to another dream I had. We went to this mountain-terrain and walked for ages along mountain path until me and justin (dunno where Jen was) came to a hairdressers, and there were young people crowded around what looked like a bar table, with hairdressers behind. The main hairdresser guy was talking similarly to a radio show host. It was very entertaining, and at the end when they were closing, most followers had left, but we were still there with the "regulars" an still listening to the banter and hadnt had our haircuts. The guy realised this and quickly did us. In closing the hairdressers, this guy gave a speech to all of us, telling us how awesome we were etc. ME and justin went back and this time we were talking to the main hairdresser guy, and he was giving us lie advice. He was asking me what im doing with my life at the moment, and I told him I was in NZ, studying dentistry to get a job. He seemed to think I shouldnt be doing such a "boring" job. He told me to go out and live life, and not spend all my time studying. I explained to him that it was only temporary and that next year I would def start living my life some more.
On the way back, we were in this cart that was similar to a mine-cart, and were going along this track. We noticed some water on the tracks. Up ahead, a levee had broken, and gushes of water were filling up the dustbowl we were coming from. The path and tracks crossed over where the levee ad broken, but we were going to go through the (admittedly small) torrent to get to the other side. We slid down, and the as we got to the water we splashed everywhere and started paddling/wading from inside the cart, to break over the dip where the track went under the levee. We just made it and continued on. We came across some other travellers as we further explored this mountainous terrain.

So, I read about ADA, and as i was walking to my gf's house, I was practising it. I really enjoyed the walk so much more than I would usually. It seemed like everything was actually happening instead of my mind being elsewhere. It takes alot of effort however, so it will be quite a chore at first to keep it up. But I enjoyed it so much that I continued doing it the whole night, and when I went to sleep, i was feeling like a lucid dream would definitely happen. However, it was a shit dream.

All I remember was that I was spooning Jen, with my arm tucked around her, as we were facing the door to her bedroom. Someone poked their head in and I pretended to be asleep. The door was open for some reason.

I was visiting my grandmother's old vacant house early in the dream. Later me and my family were in a car, driving to a particular street, where we were doing something a rather, I think we were visiting my grandmother, even though she is dead. Before we left to get into the car, I was busy trying to pick a book to read, but couldnt make up my mind. Everything I saw looked bad. Jennifer held up a copy of the 1st book in a fantasy series, and I remember rolling my eyes and saying "...really? is that any good???" In the car, my dad was being a dick for some reason, and we got to the stree and found my younger brother paul riding around on a bike. He had left earlier to go to a party of his friend, which he was now late because he couldnt find the house and was riding around trying to find it. The street was very irregular, and had lots f Australian bush throughout it. We had to get out of the car and climb along the outside fence of the properties. We met animals as we climbed along the fence. Especially guard dogs that were madly barking at us, and fighting at the end of their chains, but we were out of reach. Also, sheep, cows, goats, that came right up to us, and nuzzled us. We were quite scared, but quite safe. We reached the house were Paul's friend lived and Paul entered. We kept going along this irregular fence, mostly bush around us and houses through the trees.
Later we must have entered one of the properties and were in a hospital like, labyrinthine building, and we found a room where my grandmother and grandfather were. I was so happy to see my grandmother. I hugged her so hard, and I felt so happy, and there seemed to be a mutual, non-vocally-expressed, love between the two of us, and I was smiling a mile wide. For some reason, my Dad was being a real dick. He was being the disappointed, sardonic father type, which is definitely not him. He would say things about me which were really mean, in a way to try to make me out to be a bad person in front of my grandmother. I let in slide most of the time because I didnt want to make a scene but as I left to go somehwere, dont know quite where, I hard him say to my grandmother "but he's still got a lot of maturing to do." I was going to let it slide, but then as I was in the corridor, i turned around and re-entered the room and yelled in anger, "yeah, I've still got alot of fucking maturing to do!!" I just left, leaving everyone in shock. I was very angry.
I walked through corridors, and I came to a cafe/pool type facility and saw my mother. I yelled out to her, she didnt hear, i yelled again and she turned around and told me she was trying to get to my grandmother's room. I continued on. I seemed to be going somewhere and taking a shortcut through the swimming pool. The pool was very big and shallow. There was giant gumtrees in the middle, with huge diameters. Some of the branches, medium hanging, were burning. Kids were playing around the trees, looking up a the burning branches. I passed the lfeguard, who was quite cute, and I pointed out to her that they shouldnt let people in the pool while the trees are burning. I went on and I waved to Henry and some other kid from my high school who were sitting on the grass talking. As i left the facility and was crossing the road, another lifeguard, not the one i spoke to, had followed me and asked me if i was single, and was trying to chat me up.
I went on my way, and hapenned to get a bike. I was heading to somewhere I had been before, getting something I had forgot to get last time. I was waiting at an intersection, and all my backpck and stuff was on the ground, I was looking for something in my backpack.

It was my younger brother's party. We were in a big, grandiose house, setting up for the party. Lots of arrangements were being made, and everybody was bustling around the house getting things ready before the guests arrived. There was an outside pool, which seemed to have been dug out of the ground. Someone had peed in it, and I asked Joel if he knew where the anti-colouring tablets were, so we could put them in the pool to remove the disgusting yellow tinge.
When the party started, there were alot of 12-14 year old girls walking around, and my family were still running around doing things.

It was new year's eve. I went out of my house, and over t the car. My younger brother was making out with a guy in the front seat. I asked him when he found out he was gay. He said just recently. I told him that most girls his age are fucking retarded, and he should not make up his mind until he gets older. We then drove to the park. I found a friend from my high school. We talked about what he was up to that night. I said we should play soccer some time. He left. Most people were leaving the park, and were packing down tents, there must have been some sort of festival on. Suddenly, I recognised the prime minister walking over on the grass. I went around and tried to speak to her. My words came out quite banal. When she left, I thought about telling her my ideas about public transport, and telling her about the efficient system I had thought of.

Lots of people, most of which I knew where around this house. We were very bored. My PE teacher from school eventually starte this game we played. Two teams, one team had to come back and forth from a certain point in the other team's area, scoring one point. We had to stop them using guns. We ad to chosse the correct guns to kill them. It was difficult.

We ere talking about movies and my Dad mentioned to Alannah that some war movie was really good. As he started telling her about it, I realised that I had seen this movie. It was about a guy at the start of the movie hides behind a low wall downhill of a mountain. The enemy move slowly toward him and he shoots them as they approach. one step taken every two secs by enemy. When they come to is wall, they step over it, and also step over him, ad he start shooting enemies in the back. They see him and capture him and the rest of his men. They are told to march ahead and they find some allies and turn around to fight off their captives. Captives run away, build up a bgger enemy and eventually come back to kill them all. One of the soldiers in the protagonsist's force is missing, and he is a traitor.

Bobo was captured and taken to prison where he was put on trial for something. His mother was really upset. I remember being taken away and put in a chair we're they tortured me by smacking my balls with a mace (quite light) to get me to talk abut Bobo's involvement in some crime. I told the truth. Bobo also got tortured. I saw the Buuddhists meditating and they kept me in a room whre there was a circular roof above me w lots of plastic babies stuck out of it which went round and round. Was kinda scary and very wierd.

Scary dream. I was in this town. I went to a museum where I looked at some olden day things around the house. I had been there before and the lady said that I had amused her the first time I was there. I went to a fighting demonstration where I was told that a man can fight off up to 3 guys but anymore takes a monster. I tackled the guy that was helping out in the demonstration and he was very tough and angry and thoroughly grappled me to the ground. I also remember walking w jerome somewhere. Also I saw Tahlia and Harry go by on a bus, but I was somewhere in Dunedin.

In some sort of cityscape. Sometimes it was night, but when I was walking back to my residence, it was day. I passed by alot of nightclubs and bars going home, and I remember seeing people I know intermittently, and thinking that it was going to be a good night to drinka nd go to town. On my way home, it was snowing and the fields were very green in the background, it was an unnaturally grassy green. I remember thinking, "it's winter" so it must have been realy nice green from the rain. I passed by a lady on the outskirts of our residential college, she talked to me asking if I wanted a haircut. I asked her how much for student prices, and she told me 17 dollars. This was more than the place I normally go, but I remembered having had a hair cut with her b4, and it being good, so I said I would come back later. I changed my mind as I was leaving because she quickly stopped talking to me and pitched at a new customer. On my walk back I saw jerome and there were a bunch of international people (americans i think) walking around that we overheard. They were saying something stupid and we chuckled at thei idiocy. I folllowed them a bit as well because I heard them talking about australia, and I loled even harder at what they said. Earlier in the dream, I also remember sorting out some stuff with charlotte and being at a flat where I was talking to some people.

Went to a formal dinner. Wasn't ure what it was for until I was told it was the swinger's get-together. Sgaun and Lorreane were there and so was Matthias.They were all there for the formal dancing only, and they definitely weren't having sex w others. We had a really nice sit down meal. It was a buffet and it was way too high class for any swingers party. Later, we were all going to have sex with each other,w e started with the person opposite us (mine was jen) then we rotated and I had a blank spot, and then this fat girl. I never got to had sex w her cos Jen told me to leave. Dream ended.

a night out partying/going to town/drinking etc. But mates from aussie were there. Jerome and me were at this really indie bar til late and we also went back to this party house but all these adults were sitting around so we couldnt go crazy. I left one of my bags at the party house after we had been driving away for 2 hours the next morning. I went on skype and was talking to my aussie friends. We met up at a shopping mall. It was great.

Eve of easter. Went to a carnival that night where there were lots of school kids. Some people from toroa were there. I wondered round, and I was asked by this chick to ave a go shooting at a screen, aiming to win a prize. I hanged around with her and some other friends of ehrs. My cousin showed up (he one i never see) an she asked about Jen, and told me she talked to Jen's best friend. Then I went looking for Justin, cos I wanted to introduce him to these girls. Couldn't find him. The carnival ended, and we went to our house nect door to the carnival, but there was a large built up wall around the carnival/school grounds so we didn't know what was inside. The rest of the night, lots of poeple came to our house and we socialised and had drinks. I still couldn't find Justin. lATE RHAT NIGHT, i WENT OUTSIDE AND i FOUND MY BROTHER, paaul. He was up t some shady business. He was finding easter eggs before easter had come yet. Shaun was also there, looking for eggs. I started looking, and i found heaps of eggs and put them on the ground. I went into our back yard and found even more. I then found a way into the school grounds and I found lots of eggs inside the buildings. They were realy big eggs as well.
