Took a 5HTP, Turmeric and Magnesium before going to bed. Attempted MILD before going to bed, envisioning a scene in an empty room full of RC brand pink bananas that smelled like salmon, with a faint Edith Piaf song playing in the background. Slept without remembering any dreams from approx 11:28 to 2:45. Woke up at 2:45, oddly energized, practiced reality checks for about 30 minutes. RCs practiced included looking in mirrors, checking time, reading the same page of a book, examining hands closely, smelling bananas, and turning around while visualising a different scene. I also tried looking out the window and visualizing a Blue ford mustang with white stripes driving by. Went back to bed around 3:10, continuing the previous MILD with the bananas... but also thinking about the RC of looking out the window and seeing the car. I recorded a brief note of what I had done, including a line from the book I used to RC.
Dream 1. I was in my room and I looked out the window, Everything was very murky like an oil painting, and I only remember a few distinct details: The bug net on the window, thinking "this is a dream, I can fly" And jumping through the window as I felt a floating sensation. I lost what little control I had at this point and dreamt for a few seconds of the image of two people holding hands as they floated through the air.
I may have woken up at this point, or had a false awakening without realizing it.
Dream 2.
I dreamed that a friend said "you won't believe this" and I found out that a video I had made was a finalist for the Vimeo awards. Through the screen/websites or something, I kept being asked to upload a higher quality version of the video, but I could not.
