    1. 01/9/11: Advanced task of January

      by , 01-09-2011 at 02:33 PM
I had set the alarm to ring at 6. I had planned to do a WILD, but I just fell asleep again. Still, I became lucid when I found myself in a room in my old school. My friend was there. I asked him if he knew he was a DC. I don't remember his reply, but I wanted him to join me through my dream. I told him to get on one of the two swings that were in the room. We got on each our swing and started swinging very fast. As we were swinging, we wouldn't collide with the roof or the floor. Then, the swings detached and we were launched through the wall to and into the sky above vast, green fields. Ahead was a perfect square of big city. My friend wasn't there anymore, I forgot about him or didn't really care as I remembered the task of the month. I landed with my feet on the ground while my head was still very far above the ground, so I had grown in mid air. There were little fireworks coming from the city. I stepped right into it and started crushing buildings with my feet. There were no sounds from the city. I felt that it was too easy and that I wanted to be smaller. I closed my eyes, and when I opened them, all the buildings were repaired and I was smaller. I could push buildings over with my hands, and I did. I started running buildings over as if I was playing rugby. I gradually grew again. The city never ended and there was little change to the buildings. When I was big enough to step on buildings again, giant rats (but small compared to be) started running through the streets. I ignored them. I tried to remember the other task, but I woke up from a "don't think about waking up".

    2. 01/7/11: Monster eating people

      by , 01-07-2011 at 07:54 AM
I don't remember that much of this one. It took place in some large building with a lot of corridors and rooms. Apparently, people started dying, falling asleep or disappearing, one by one. I immediately knew that some sort of otherworldly monster was present in the building corrupting people. Because the leader of the building kept telling everyone that everything was fine. But I had a vision of what happened to a victim. An ugly alien-like thing chose him. I can't remember clearly, but I think the monster possessed him and walked him to his house where he was put in his bed, dead and deformed or something. His mother entered the room. She wouldn't notice, but as she bent over the bed to look at her son, her body would morph and twist in weird ways. Her stomach became as thin as an arm and so on. She started screaming. I saw another boy walking around alone in the building, stopping in front of the monster that was completely still. The monster opened its mouth and quickly, the boy disappeared into it. I and everyone in my class came up with a plan. We would all sleep in one room in the basement, because it made us feel more safe being many there. After a while, I told everyone that we had to kill the leader, because we knew everything was happening because of him. I and my friend, Christian, took some knives and sneaked into the room where all the teachers/leaders/whatever-they-were usually were. Christian was ahead of me, eager to kill him. But as he entered, I heard an "oh no". I entered and saw everyone in the personnel sleeping a deep sleep that can't be interrupted. I knew that being in their presence would "infect" me, because I didn't lay low. I remember the monster coming after me later, and that I accepted death, hoping there would be something after it that would be better than fearing the monster all the time. I woke myself up and was happy it was only a bad dream.

    3. 01/4/11: Mirror and chaos

      by , 01-04-2011 at 10:53 PM
I can't sleep, it's 4 in the morning. I try to lay still, barely moving anything until I can't feel my hands, just to get at peace. I fall asleep after a long struggle. At some point I find out I'm dreaming with no specific RC. I drop to the floor to stabilize. I control minor things, like the size and shape of objects. My limbs start growing weird deformations on the skin, but they don't bother me that much. Much later, the deformations have turned into dead skin flaking off. I walk around talking not really doing much. I pass a mirror for the first time and look at my horrible, deformed face for a second. It wasn't that scary in the dream, but when I woke up, I realized it was the scariest thing I had ever experienced. I have some semi-lucidity. I wake up many times during the night. I can't remember not dreaming at any moment during these 4 hours. The alarm wakes me up, I ignore it, not feeling well enough to go to school. My entire family oversleeps and my dad wakes me up to tell me. I tell him I won't be going to school today. I go back to sleep and have weird, lucid dreams. I wake up feeling scared and depressed, shaking, afraid to move. I watch some Family Guy to get back to reality

I go back to sleep later, and I wake up. Over and over. I can't believe I have slept this long, it won't pay off when I go to bed later. Anyway, I am still sleepy, and my cat jumps up in my bed. I feel safer with company I decide to have a quick, lucid dream. I do, and I have a notion that I need to find a woman. I follow where I "know" she is going through my house. Then I am distracted as I gain lucidity again. I start walking towards my room. The closer I get to the open door with the lights on (I left them on as I went to sleep), the more my vision starts to flicker and flash in white. Everything starts shaking. I stand in the door, watching the empty bed (because no, it is impossible to enter the physical world from a dream, you can't find your true self in a dream). By my bed is a skull made of clay. This scares the crap out of me for some reason. I wake up, but I can't open my eyes. I try to calm down, it doesn't work. I try to force them open with my fingers; impossible. I sit up. I can somehow "see", even though my eyes are closed, and all I visually see is darkness. I try to figure out what to do as I suddenly wake up for real with a fast inhale. My cat is still sleeping on me. I am a little shaky. Unpleasant once again, and I am officially afraid of mirrors.
